Sara Wingart earned her Real Estate Salesperson license in 1978, and started with Century 21 in Fostoria.
She came to Tiffin in 1980 taking a management position until 1995. Sara became a licensed Broker in 1987.
In 1992, Sara formed Old Mill Properties, Inc to buy and sell properties. On August 30, 1995, Sara purchased the
Coldwell Banker Franchise in Tiffin from Coldwell Banker Geyer Associates, and became Coldwell Banker Hohman
Wingart Realtors. Sara is active in residential, residential foreclosures and commerical real estate.
She is the past president of Firelands Association of Realtors and Community Hospice Care.
Sara is the Chairperson of the Ohio Association of Realtors (OAR) Property Forum for 2012 and is also serving at the
state level of the OAR Professional Standards and Legislative Forums. She is a member and the past President
of the Bascom Long Distance Board of Directors. Sara's resides in Bascom with her husband, Don who is retired.
Their son, Scott resides in Tiffin and their son, Brett and his wife, Kim reside in Powell.
Sara and Don have two grandchildren, Noah and Zora. She also enjoys shopping, reading and travelling.
